Orders are currently shipped out of our facility in Denver, CO, USA.

 

Do you ship internationally:


Yes we do!  We ship to most countries with the exception of the UK.  International shipping rates vary per region and can be much higher than domestic rates (within the U.S.).  We are currently working on a solution to new VAT tax laws so that we can distribute to our UK customers!


When will my order ship out:


Orders are inspected and packaged by our small team in Denver, CO.  We do our best to ship within 1-2 business days of order placement.  Domestic orders can take anywhere between 2-5 days to reach their destination after they've been shipped out.  It is typical for international orders to take anywhere between 1-3 weeks.  Due to international shipping delays and supply chain shortages, shipping may take longer than anticipated - if there are any unexpected delays, please reach out to us!

 

Where is my package?:

If you have a question/concern with a recent order (ie. package hasn't arrived within the maximum delivery estimate, missing tracking number, etc) please send us a message through the contact form or email us at:

Why does my acrylic charm have scratches on it?:

All of our acrylic charms have a thin plastic protective seal on them.  Once you receive your charm, please peel off the "film" on both sides of the charm (single acrylic side if you purchased an epoxy charm).  Once this film is removed, the charm should be vibrant and scratch free!



What is your return policy?:

All purchases are FINAL. If a purchase was not delivered/received damaged, we will first attempt to re-ship the order (or specific products if damages were observed).  In special cases, we may consider order refund (i.e. unforeseen shipping restrictions, etc).
